Mike's Guitar Fix is mobile only. The registered business address is not open to the public. Trespassers will be prosecuted.
All meetings will take place at the mutually agreed location(s).
Payments must be made by cash or Venmo to retrieve your instrument.
Delivery Repairs include up to two weeks of instrument storage, each additional day is $2. Instruments left/unpaid longer than 90 days will be considered abandoned and then sold or parted out to cover unpaid debts.
No refunds on labor, parts, or strings used during repairs.
Unforeseen issues found during repairs that prevent the repair from being completed do not constitute a refund, all applied labor or parts must be paid for.
Mike's Guitar Fix is not responsible for any items unrelated or undisclosed to the repair left in gig-bags or cases.
Mike's Guitar Fix is not responsible for any damage that may occur during a repair due to a compromised part or finish, or incorrect part or string provided by the customer.
Hazardous or messy substances found in or on items provided by the customer may result in fees in addition to the original quote OR a complete refusal of service at Mike's discretion.
