About Mike Teixeira

I began playing guitar in 2003 at Coelho Academy of Music. I played in a few rock bands from 2007 - 2012 winning multiple contests at SJHS and PVHS. I grew up building things with wood and metal and eventually applied those skills to guitar.

During the pandemic, I shipped guitars all around the globe from my garage - maintaining 100% positive feedback on eBay and Reverb.

I was the first repair tech at Guitar Center* of Santa Maria where I performed all stringed instrument repairs. Nearly three years later I left Guitar Center* in order to start Mike's Guitar Fix with more repair options and more results for your dollar.

 

I have worked on thousands of guitars and similar instruments - from priceless vintage instruments to complex modern instruments. My satisfied customers include gigging musicians, session musicians, collectors, students, grandparents, beginners, and everyone in between.
